TV News Reporter Battles Breast Cancer in Public

Cynthia Mulligan is being treated for breast cancer. When her blond hair began to fall out she had it cut and went shopping for a wig with her young daughters. Cynthia Mulligan works as the Education Specialist and Host on CityNews Toronto. She is battling breast cancer and has come to a fellow Transitions International hair restoration center see the latest technology in 100% human hair wigs. Her motto: “Look Good. Feel Good.”

She is sharing her cancer experiences in a very public way: Mulligan, as a Citytv reporter in Toronto, Ontario is blogging and doing television reports as she traverses the Canadian medical system and the challenges of undergoing chemotherapy and loosing her hair.
